The hotel staff were outstanding. From check in to departure they couldn’t do enough to help. It was a great hotel to come back to after a long day shopping and sightseeing. Very peaceful and a good place to unwind. We’ll definitely be back.

The location of the hotel is lovely, tucked away in a smart quiet road which is a super quick and easy walk to Buckingham Palace and multiple tube stations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back myself on my next trip to London

We stayed here for a special weekend for my birthday just after the hotel reopened on May 21. It is such a beautiful hotel - very sophisticated and stylish decor and amazing attention to detail. Our bedroom was very comfortable, again very tastefully decorated, sparklingly clean and with everything we needed. I had a fabulous stay and it was everything I wanted for my birthday weekend treat.
